GSW has developed successful relationships with dozens of overseas partners over the years. Our partners are specifically located in China, S. Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Together they provide a total workforce of more than 3000 people working exclusively on GSW products. GSW's experience in working with these factories, the diversity of cultures, and working with a broad range of governments in each region affords us the ability to get the best sourcing prices for our customers without compromising quality or delivery schedule.

Many of our factories we have worked with for more than two decades...our suppliers are proven, reliable, and have been vetted on quality through social compliance and quality control audits passed on to us contractually through our US based OEM customers.

With our US based assembly approach GSW maximizes the tradeoff between US customs and duties, freight, shipping, assembly labor, and packaging costs to deliver to its customer the best products at the absolute lowest prices. GSW has a production capacity of well over 3000 bags in a single day running a single shift, this is the fastest in the industry and even faster than our Asia partners.

GSW has segregated raw and finished goods warehouses for product inventory, and operates with an automated inventory and warehouse management system that monitors and controls the flow of product in our inventory system from the time raw product is received to the time finished product is shipped. We leverage a demand based assembly approach, working with our clients to manage production demand while minimizing inventory holding costs. Our traditional assembly equipment includes a wide range of rivet machines, long arm sewing, ultrasonic welders, and so on; with a team of assemblers many of which have been with the company for nearly two decades.

For US and Canadian distribution, GSW leverages its US based assembly model. GSW also ships to more than a dozen countries overseas direct from its Asia based factory partners. In this case we assemble and finish the product in our overseas factories and ship direct to our customers.
